At Office National, we are passionate about the products we sell. The initiative brand is a great solution for our customers embracing our objectives of quality and performance, at a great price. We thank you for your support. We are also passionate about supporting our local community and giving back to charities near and dear to us. Many of our group have been active in their initiatives and have done amazing work throughout the year to selflessly give back to their chosen organisations.
Although we have supported a wide variety of charities over the past few years; in 2020, with your support and the success of our Initiative Brand, we have been able to generate our own charitable fund. The fund will be a consolidation of our donations and titled “The Charitable Initiative”.
This fund will be based on a percentage of the purchases from our unique in-house brand, ‘Initiative’. With your support, our goal is to raise funds to give back to our community. Instead of focusing on a specific organisation, we plan to share the limelight with our communities, giving back to a variety of different charities that critically need our support.
Some of the many charities we aim to support will include those communities affected by natural disasters like drought, and bush fires, and supporting educational and environmental initiatives. This is a long-term commitment, and we will be progressively informing you on how your role in supporting us has assisted those in need. “The Charitable Initiative” is not just a play on words, but crucial to help provide support to the lives of those communities that need it most. Your support – changes lives.
Mind Blank empowers people to promote mental well-being strategies and have conversations that save lives. As we all know, the impact of mental health conditions is increasing worldwide and with the impact of Covid-19 mental health is more important than ever.
Mind Blank offers TRAINING, EDUCATION, and AWARENESS programs to BUILD MENTAL HEALTH SKILLS.
The Pyjama Foundation provides children in foster care the opportunity to change the direction of their lives with learning, life skills and confidence.
Through the Love of Learning program, volunteers called ‘Pyjama Angels’ are recruited, screened, trained and then matched with a child in care and spend time with them once a week, focusing on learning-based activities. Pyjama Angels read books aloud with their child, play educational games and help children with their homework. Most importantly, the volunteers give foster children a chance to reach their life potential, despite a fragile start.
Children in care have the lowest education outcomes nationally. By improving their learning skills, The Pyjama Foundation is making a positive, life-long impact.
Camp Quality raises funds to ensure the 8,900 kids facing cancer, who are registered for their services and programs, have the chance to just be kids again and create positive memories that change their cancer story.
Camp Quality relies almost entirely on the generosity of everyday Australians, major donors, corporate partners, trusts and foundations, to help provide services and programs free of charge.
Camp Quality provides kids, their siblings and parents, with fun experiences, education, specialised cancer care, counselling and a supportive community; in-hospital, online, at school and away from it all on camps and at retreats.
